SPARK Run Club is a program designed to take running to new levels by implementing a scientific approach to training that helps in improving performance and staying injury free.

 

The program offers training from 5k, to ultra marathon. Members are categorized as beginners, intermediates, advanced and professionals to accommodate their specific physical needs.
