PHILOSOPHY

Improve performance and decrease your risk for injury with performance training at SPARK Athletic Center. We focus on providing individualized training based on your goals and the demands of your sport or lifestyle. Programs are created to improve performance by building strength and power, while also identifying and addressing areas of weakness and instability to help decrease the potential for injury. By training movements for sports and life, the SPARK Athletic Center focuses on creating greater functional movement to support the physical demands our clients face in sports in addition to the physical demands of everyday life. From Group Classes to 1-on-1 Personal Training, Group PT or Athletic Team Sessions, we are certain that our clients will find a path to achieve their health and fitness goals. Our job at SPARK Athletic Center is to help you improve your performance.

OUR COACHES

The coaching team at SPARK represents applied sports science concepts from around the world, with backgrounds from all realms of training. We will match you with a coach who specializes in your goals to ensure the greatest results for you.

CONSULTATION

If you prefer to train on your own and have the self-discipline to push yourself, book a consultation session with one of the SPARK coaches to design a specialized training program for you according to your needs.

PERSONAL TRAINING REDEFINED

At SPARK we offer a wide variety of programs and packages for one-on-one training with our coaches to help you reach your goals. Through world-class assessment tools and highly qualified coaches, your training will be scientifically structured, safe and ensure results.

SHATTER PLATEAUS

By using the latest technology to assess your individual strengths and weaknesses, there will be no wasted time or effort in your training. Every session will be structured to get you moving better, faster and stronger, in daily life as well as athletics performance. Nagging pain or injuries, inefficient sport movements and general body weaknesses can be targeted and eliminated through careful planning, so that nothing holds you back.

TRAINING PROGRAMS

The SPARK coaching team will use their experience and in-depth knowledge to ensure training programs are individually designed and structured according to the needs, strengths and weaknesses of each individual client.
 

GROUP TRAINING

If you enjoy training in a group environment, SPARK offers packages which allow for you to train with your friends in a competitive, fun and safe environment. Our coaches can structure workouts for your group’s preferences and collective goals.

TESTING AND ASSESSMENT

The first step to fixing any problem is identifying it. Through top of the line testing and evaluation equipment, we can not only identify what specific mechanism may be holding you back, but also develop a scientifically structured plan to fix it.

Group fitness is at the heart of what we do. From core workouts to high-intensity intervals, these powerful workouts and training programs are sure to get you pumping. Our Classes are custom-designed by our strength and conditioning coaches, and are only available at SPARK Athletic Center.
